Trikanya is a drama movie based on the stories of three women and their challenges in life. It emphasises the lust, desire and taboo in their symbiotic relationships with men in their private and social spheres. As an unusual Anthological Drama, the movie portrays the harsh realities of society in a bold way.
Trikanya is directed by Anupam Patnaik, national award winning movie Pratikhya fame and his team in which Sukanta Rath, Nibbi, Shradha, Partha Sarathi, Nishant, Barsha Patnaik and Manoj Mishra are in the leads.
Movie has been released on 8th March on the occasions of International Women’s Day and Maha Shivratri in theatres of Odisha.
